Role Description
We're looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about scaling our mission to bring brain health education to adolescents. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing and marketing the BHB product.
What You’ll Do
- Drive: Oversee the design and development of BHB, coordinate with the product team to ensure quarterly goals are met, and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of students, educators, and school admin
- Improve: Use market research & brain health research to understand product trajectory, and assess competition in the market and overall efficacy of BHB
- Strategize: Plan how to market and present the product to schools + potential partners
- Report: Provide the board with analyses and reports on the product
- Monitor: Review and adjust product development schedules to maintain product availability
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience leading teams in high growth, operational areas
- You have partnered with Product & Engineering to explore, develop and implement technology solutions allowing the business to scale
- You have exceptional analytical skills and ready to roll up your sleeves to solve problems
- You have excellent business acumen and can toggle between 10K feet and the weeds
- You’re very well versed on customer experience tools and reporting - ideally you have experience with Hubspot, Zendesk and Intercom
- You have managed a remote team and are excited at the chance to build out a remote organization
- You are a strong communicator, leading with empathy to build relationships and drive cross-organization alignment
- You have a deep passion for our mission and the future of mental health
- You’ve worked in a fast paced startup, even better if it was in the healthcare sector
