Role Description
We're looking for a Partnerships, Implementation & Account Lead to join our leadership team, owning the scaling, professionalization, and partnerships of our organization as we expand into school districts and after school programs across the country.
This individual is responsible for implementing a comprehensive school- and out-of-school time engagement strategy and growth plan for the organization. As we look to expand the scale and scope of our programs, this individual will actively seek out and work with school districts and after school providers across the country to ensure timely access and seamless implementation of our digital mental health literacy programs.
You will be directly responsible for leading our growth through marketing, partnerships, implementation, and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Actively work with organizational leadership to systematically and effectively strengthen the overall partnership engagement strategy and growth plan for the organization.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities and partnerships (e.g.,school district, individual schools, after-school programs, and community-based organizations), with an emphasis on personal engagement. Build and maintain relationships with our program partners, via in-person visits and/or remote communications
- Effectively present to school administrators, professional staff, and parent communities on our mental health literacy programs
- Maintain and update CRM and other supporting systems (e.g., Mailchimp, GiveButter, Notion)
- Simultaneously schedule and organize program implementation across regions
- Serve as program implementation lead and point of contact for BHB Program Partners
- Manage a diverse portfolio of BHB Program Partners Represent BHB at regional and national conferences
- In collaboration with BHB leadership, negotiate contracts and pricing quotes with BHB Program Partners
- Work in partnership with Product & Advocacy team to ensure successful hand-off and partner onboarding to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate
- Track progress on goals and key performance indicators, identifying areas of opportunity and course correction.
